    Compensation: You start at $10 an hour + tips. The average person can make $14 to 16 an hour due to the tips. As you pass our training tests, you can see hourly pay increases. You also receive free meals at work and flexible hours. We will work with your school schedule and your availability (within reason)

    In Frato’s Culinary Trainee Program, Under Chef Ed, You will learn:

    • Full Food Process from Start to Finish (Unlike most restaurants, Frato’s preps almost every item ourselves)

    • Basic & Advanced Pizza Cooking Skills (using a traditional stone oven, not a technology driven conveyor belt system)
