    Three steps.

    1. Not satisfied after a few bites? Let us know right away.
    2. Return at least 75% of the item to the Chef on Duty.
    3. Choose your fix: full refund or we remake it fresh.

    Applies to direct orders only. We can only control orders placed directly with us. If you ordered through a third-party delivery app, contact that app for help with your order. Our guarantee does not apply to third-party review sites. Contact the Chef on Duty directly or use Review Your Cook, our own review system. In-store or next-day returns accepted within 24 hours of order.

    Ordered again on 10/14/15 and food was excellent as always. We had a wonderful thin crust pizza w/ Garlic Sauce and the Cesar Salad was huge and delicious. We have tried many different types of pizza from Frato’s and have never been disappointed. We have dined in and had delivery and I don’t think they could screw up if they tried – they are on point every time! The Mac N Cheese Pizza is something I was hesitant to try but is probably my favorite at this point! Added bonus – every person who works here has been extremely nice and accommodating. So glad they are in Schaumburg!

    Tried Frato’s for the first time over the summer & it’s become our go to pizza place. Always delicious, delivery is faster than quoted & I love checking to see what Chef comes up with for the Bears burger of the week – very creative!

    What is Frato’s Happiness Guarantee?

    If you’re not satisfied after a few bites, return at least 75% of the item to the Chef on Duty and receive a full refund or a fresh remake. No hassle, no argument.

    Does this apply to third-party delivery orders?

    No. The Happiness Guarantee applies to direct orders only, because we can only control orders placed directly with us. If you ordered through a third-party delivery app (DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.), contact that app for help with your order.

    How long do I have to request a refund?

    In-store returns can be made immediately. For delivery or pickup orders, you have 24 hours from the time of your order to return the item.

    Does the guarantee apply to reviews on third-party sites?

    No. If you use a third-party review site, we can’t help you there either. Our guarantee does not apply to third-party review sites. Contact the Chef on Duty directly or use our own review system, Review Your Cook.

    What percentage of the food must be returned?

    You must return at least 75% of the item to the Chef on Duty to qualify for a full refund or remake.
