    Every burger has bread. Ours has two grilled quesadilla buns — crisp, cheesy, and built to hold everything in. That’s not a topping. That’s the foundation.

    We smash two smoked bacon and Black Angus patties, pile on smoky chipotle chicken tinga and gooey Chihuahua cheese, then finish with fresh lettuce and a blast of zesty salsa verde — with a side of cool sour cream to bring it home.

    Smoky, cheesy, a little heat, and unlike anything else on the menu. The chicken tinga is halal, and halal-certified beef is available on request.

    Back for August, by popular demand. The Tinga Smash Burger returns because our customers kept asking for it. It’s hand-built in our Schaumburg scratch kitchen, where over 40 years of restaurant experience and a culinary apprenticeship program shape every burger we make.
