Every Frato’s slice weighs 15 to 17 ounces. A national-chain slice weighs about 4.

Slice or whole pizza?
Slices are for speed. A whole pizza is the full experience.
Our slices are built for speed and price: baked ahead and kept hot, ready when you walk in. They are not made to order. For the true Frato’s experience, order a whole pizza: made to order and baked fresh in our stone oven, with free Wagyu beef tallow when you order online.

Made here
Dough, sauce and cheese, done our way.
About 90% of our menu is made in-house by culinary students training under our chefs. The dough is made fresh daily, the sauce is cooked here, and every pizza bakes in our stone oven. The cheese is Frato’s blend: buffalo milk mozzarella, whole milk mozzarella and provolone, all from Wisconsin.

What slice people say
The slices are massive, heavy and very tasty. The price is actually pretty reasonable, especially for what you get. One slice is a full meal.
I forgot how huge they really are! Love the thickness and how chewy and crispy the crust is. There’s a ton of cheese but it’s not super stringy. Perfect.
These guys have the best pizza crust in town. I searched ‘pizza near me’ expecting disappointment. Found Frato’s instead. Now it’s my go-to.
