Not as served — the signature patties contain bacon and the honey lime carne asada steak is not halal. A halal option is available on request: swap in halal beef patties and order the burger without the steak. The September Sriracha Butter Chicken Pizza is halal as served with no special request needed.

Frato's sriracha cheese is made in-house — a melted cheese built with sriracha for heat in every bite, not a bagged processed sauce. It's the signature element of the September Sriracha Steak Burger.

Yes. Choose Bacon-Beef (smoked bacon and Black Angus, the signature), All Beef (100% Black Angus), Chicken Only (fire roasted or fried), or halal beef patties on request. Halal guests should also request the burger without the carne asada steak, which is not halal.

Nobody Makes Sriracha Cheese.

Nobody makes sriracha cheese. There’s a perfectly good version you can buy in a bag, and it tastes like the bag. So we make ours.

It goes on two smoked apple bacon and Black Angus patties — the same 50/50 blend that got us on WGN and Windy City Live. Then a honey lime carne asada steak on top of that. The honey and citrus are doing a job: they cut the heat from the cheese instead of piling on top of it.

Then crunchy tortillas. Nobody sees that coming. Every burger you’ve had is soft on soft. This one fights back.
