What’s On It

We start with Thousand Island dressing as the pizza sauce — tangy, creamy, and unmistakably Reuben. Then we pile on Vienna Beef corned beef that’s been slow-braised in-house (not deli slices — we braise whole briskets). Add applewood-smoked bacon, Wisconsin mozzarella, and chunky Swiss cheese. Baked in our signature stone oven until the cheese bubbles and the crust turns golden.
