What’s On It

We start with house au jus as the sauce base — savory, rich, and unmistakably Italian beef. Then we pile on scratch-roasted Italian beef that’s been seasoned, seared, and slow-roasted until it pulls apart. Add banana peppers and roasted red peppers for that classic Chicago bite, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and finish with a Wagyu beef tallow drizzle for richness butter can’t match.
