    Compensation:  $9.00/hour plus tips

    This is a part-time position for those looking for a low-stress introduction into the culinary arts.  Believe it or not, it starts with learning to interact with our customers. 

    Frato's Culinary Host position is an Entry-level position for those not able to apply to the Apprenticeship Program (must be 18 or older to perform the tasks related to the Culinary Apprenticeship Program).  Ideal for those who want to work only a few hours a week from Thursday evening thru Sunday evening (and some Holidays).  (10 to 20 hours per week, on average)

    Primary Tasks: Take Orders and Introduce Frato's Menu to New Customers/Answer Questions, Help Clean Tables/Common Areas, Check on Tables/Check on Customers, Expo Food, Light Prep/Re-stocking work. 

    Secondary Tasks: Receive direct training from those in the Culinary Apprenticeship Program teaching light cooking skills skills around frying, pizza, knife skills, grilling, etc..
