What many may not realize, most every restaurant brings in pre-packaged wings and sauces from large suppliers.  Some of these items can taste good considering they are filled with flavor enhancers and preservatives.  These restaurants will modify the existing sauce with extra seasoning so they can call it "from scratch" when that is not the actual definition of a made-from-scratch dish.
