    Quesabirria tacos took the internet by storm. We thought: why should tacos have all the fun?

    Our chefs slow-cook the chicken birria from scratch — braised for hours with dried chiles, cumin, and Mexican oregano until it falls apart. We pile it on top of two crispy-edged smoked apple bacon and beef smash patties, add melted Monterey Jack, fresh cilantro, diced onion, and shredded lettuce. Then we soak the grilled Turano bun in homemade consommé — that rich, chile-infused braising liquid that makes quesabirria what it is.

    Every bite delivers the full quesabirria experience. No dipping required. Halal-certified beef patties available upon request.
