As you know from our Frato’s Story, we turn culinary students into chefs through our Culinary Apprenticeship Program.
We are unable to hire and train everyone though. The cost to hire and train is very expensive. That doesn’t stop us from trying to help though.
We work with local schools like Elk Grove High School (District 214) and do what we can to train their culinary students with the help of Erin Ludewig, who is a fantastic culinary teacher that truly cares about her student’s development.
