  • Biggest Taco Mozz Stick in the World – Frato’s Schaumburg

  • El Masivo Gringo | World’s Biggest Taco Mozzarella Stick | Sundays Only in Schaumburg

    Not Your Average Mozzarella Stick

El Masivo Gringo isn’t just big—it’s a 13-inch, taco-seasoned beast stuffed with a proprietary 4-cheese blend that took us years to perfect.

We use real cheese. No fillers. No preservatives. No shortcuts. That’s why we can only make it on Sundays—the prep work is intense, and we refuse to compromise.

    The 4-Cheese Blend

    • Pepper Jack
    • Monterey Jack
    • Buffalo Milk Mozzarella
    • Whole Milk Mozzarella

Served with your choice of spicy salsa verde for heat or our California marinara if you want it tame.

The Lady & The Tramp Experience

Remember that scene? Two dogs. One spaghetti strand. Meeting in the middle for a kiss.

El Masivo Gringo has become Chicagoland’s most unexpected date food. It’s big enough to share, fun enough to remember, and cheap enough that you’re not breaking the bank for a casual Sunday.

My boyfriend and I split one from each end. We looked ridiculous. Best date we’ve had in months.

    Everything You Need To Know

    What is El Masivo Gringo?

A 13-inch handmade taco mozzarella stick stuffed with a 4-cheese blend (pepper jack, monterey jack, buffalo milk mozzarella, whole milk mozzarella), coated in taco seasoning, and served with spicy salsa verde or California marinara. It’s the world’s biggest taco mozz stick.

    When is it available?

Sundays only. The prep work is too intensive to offer daily. We frequently sell out, so call ahead or come early.

    Is it good for sharing?

Yes! It’s perfect for two people. Many couples come for the “Lady and the Tramp” experience—each starting from one end. Great casual date food.

Can I get it for takeout?

We strongly recommend dining in. Like all fried foods, it’s best fresh and hot. The legendary cheesepull diminishes as it cools during transport. Time is a chef’s worst nightmare.

    Is it vegetarian?

Yes, El Masivo Gringo is vegetarian-friendly.
