Just one year ago, Tim won the Conant High School Pizza Competition with his Bacon Poutine Pizza! Upon winning, Tim applied to Frato's Culinary Apprenticeship Program (Getting Paid to Learn!) while going to College of DuPage Culinary Arts.
One Year Later, he's training as an Assistant Chef and he has a New Pizza for you to try!
Tim's Spicy Italian Pizza! The Bacon Poutine was great, but this time Tim has learned more about operations and food chemistry to create an even better pizza
Made with a Homemade Garlic Alfredo Pizza Sauce then topped with Italian Seasoned Chicken, Sliced Pepperoni, Banana Peppers, Sliced Tomato, Salami on a Garlic Pizza Dough!
