It all starts with Brew & Grow's Freshly Grown Fatalli Peppers brewed into a Fatalli Beer. Our Chefs use that Specialty Beer to create a Tempura Beer Battered Onion Ring. Next, we take Fresh Roasted Fatalli Peppers & make it into a Fatalli Mango BBQ Sauce to toss the Onion Rings in. We place 2 of Frato's Made-from-Scratch Smoked Apple Bacon & Beef Patties covered in Swiss & Cheddar Cheese on top of the Mango BBQ Onion Rings. Finally, we take the Fatalli Beer & make it into a Bacon Beer Glaze with Glazed strips of Crispy Bacon. This burger is held together on a Grilled Turano Pretzel Bun. Pair it with Blue Moon!
