While other pizzerias stick to the same tired recipes, we experiment. Our chefs create specialty pizzas that push boundaries—Korean BBQ, Prime Rib, Peri Peri, Italian Beef. Some become permanent favorites. Others are seasonal surprises. The only constant? Everything is handmade from scratch and baked in our 700°F stone oven.

Teaching the Next Generation

We collaborate with Elk Grove High School and other local schools to teach culinary students real-world pizza making. Some of our specialty pizzas—like the Steak Fajita Pizza—were created in partnership with these students. It’s part of our culinary apprenticeship program where we train chefs debt-free.
