    Custom Batches are quoted based on YOUR guidelines and needs. When you need something special, Frato's Personal Chefs will handle this for you! Guidelines can mean anything from Keto, Nutrisystem, Paleo to Vegan, Halal, & Gluten Free (Celiac). Customizing is a Personal Chef's Specialty!

    If you know anything about Frato's, you know we only hire local culinary students from colleges such as Elgin Community College, College of DuPage, etc...

    We invest in these students through our Culinary Apprenticeship Program so they can someday become Personal Chefs. These Dedicated Culinary Students Dream of Cooking Delicious Meals for People Just Like You!

    Each of these Personal Chefs desires to make your weekly healthy meal prep. We pair you with a very passionate and local personal chef who will make all of your meals for you in weekly batches (advanced notice via catering division) or single meals (asap orders via the restaurant).

    We have a standard meal template for you or if provided advanced notice, we can customize to your needs based on your personal dietary restrictions. We even count the calories!

    Each standard restaurant workout meal is $7 + tax. (some items are an up-charge, like Prime Rib). You can order ASAP Workout Meals from Frato's Mobile Ordering App (Android or iPhone), Frato's Online Website or Calling us at 847-895-2122 (feel free to always ask for a manager, all managers are trained personal chef's whereas order takers are still in training).

    On top of it, you're working with the community and helping dedicated culinary arts students progress in their careers!
