What’s On It

It starts with the sauce, and the sauce is the point. Creamy, white, and built with sriracha — not tomato, not drizzled on at the end. The heat is in every bite instead of just the first one.

Then butter-roasted chicken, sliced red onion, and fresh tomato. Three Wisconsin cheeses doing three jobs: whole milk mozzarella for the pull, water buffalo milk mozzarella for the richness that regular mozzarella can’t reach, and sharp provolone for the bite.

Out of the stone oven, the chef finishes it by hand — fresh spinach, olive oil, and our specialty parmesan pizza seasoning. The spinach goes on after the bake so it stays green instead of cooking down to nothing.
