We start with our scratch-made black truffle BBQ sauce — the same one we spent weeks perfecting for the February burger. Then we layer on bourbon-caramelized onions, seasoned Black Angus ground beef, fresh jalapeños for heat, and a three-cheese blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone. Baked in our signature stone oven until the cheese bubbles and the crust turns golden.
