  • The Community Pizza Competition

    Frato's Community Pizza Competition tasks these students from local schools with making a pizza that we can put on Frato's seasonal menu.  That is a lot harder than it sounds. They must think about creativity, flavor pairing, recipe practicality, recipe cost, aesthetics and even the business and marketing side as they present their pizzas to us.  This is great experience and a fun challenging environment to teach these students how to engage their problem solving mindset.  Frato's believes in being a part of the community instead of just existing as another restaurant in the area.     Made with an assortment of meats including Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Pepperoni, Ground Beef & Chicken with Fresh Sliced Jalapeno, Diced Onion and a blend of Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese topped with a Texas BBQ Sauce Drizzle!

    Made with marinated Sweet BBQ Chicken, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Diced Red Onion and a blend of Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese topped with a Fresh Cilantro Garnish!

  • And The Winner Is.....

    As expected, another close competition!  Both Pizza's sold roughly the same amount with a small advantage to the Chuck Norris pizza.  Based on the votes, the Summer BBQ Pizza received a cumulative score of 4.3 while the Chuck Norris Roundhouse Pizza received a score of 4.38!
